These terms govern your use of fundmybrand.com and the services provided by Fund My Brand LLC, which operates under the brand name “Fund My Brand.”

Agreement

By using the site, submitting a form, buying a service or joining a program, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. Who you are dealing with

fundmybrand.com and every service and program described here is owned and operated by Fund My Brand LLC. “Fund My Brand,” “we,” “us” and “our” mean Fund My Brand LLC, not any individual. When a member, manager, employee or contractor works with you, they act on behalf of Fund My Brand LLC.

Services

• Funding preparation and application support: we review your business and credit profile, fix what stands between you and an approval, and help you apply for business funding.
• Business tradelines: trade accounts that report to Experian Business and SBFE so your business builds a credit history lenders can see.
• Personal authorized-user tradelines: seasoned accounts you are added to as an authorized user.
• Referral partner program: people who refer business owners to us can earn a commission.

Service descriptions, pricing and availability may change. A specific service agreement, order form or checkout page controls where it differs from these terms.

Not a lender; no guaranteed results

Fund My Brand LLC is not a lender and does not make credit decisions. Lenders and card issuers decide whether to approve you and on what terms. We do not guarantee approval, any funding amount, credit limit, interest rate, promotional period or timeline. Results depend on your credit, your business and each lender's criteria.

No credit repair

Fund My Brand LLC does not provide credit repair services and does not remove accurate information from credit reports. If you need credit repair, we may refer you to a separate company; any service you buy from it is between you and that company.

Fees and payments

Fees for each service are stated before you pay and in your written service agreement or order. Funding services may include an upfront fee and a success fee based on funding you obtain; the amounts, when they are due and any refund terms are set out in your service agreement. Payments are processed by third-party providers. Prices are in U.S. dollars.

Tradelines

• Authorized-user tradelines: you are added as an authorized user on an existing account for the period stated at purchase. You do not receive a card, account access or the ability to make charges. Reporting depends on the card issuer and the credit bureaus; we do not guarantee any change to your credit score.
• Business tradelines: accounts report to the business credit bureaus stated at purchase, within the timeframe stated at purchase.
• You must use your own legal identity. We do not accept credit privacy numbers (CPNs) or any identity other than your own.
• If you are a victim of identity theft with an active fraud alert or freeze, do not buy a tradeline until that is resolved.

Accurate information

You must give us and every lender complete and truthful information. Misstating income, business details or identity on a credit application is unlawful. We will not prepare or submit information we believe is false, and we may end services if we find it.

Referral partner program

Participation is governed by the separate Referral Partner Program Terms. Partners refer only; they are not our employees or agents and cannot make promises on our behalf.

SMS messaging terms

• Program: Fund My Brand (Fund My Brand LLC) sends customer care messages (replies to your questions, updates on your inquiry, application or order, and appointment coordination) and, only if you separately agree, promotional messages about our services.
• How you opt in: by entering your mobile number on a fundmybrand.com form and checking the consent box. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
• Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
• To opt out, reply STOP to any message. You will receive one final confirmation and no further messages.
• For help, reply HELP, call (323) 927-1233 or email support@fundmybrand.com.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• We handle your mobile number and consent as described in our Privacy Policy. No mobile information is shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.

Our content, guides and consultations are educational. They are not legal, tax, accounting or investment advice. Talk to a qualified professional about your situation.

Acceptable use

You may not use the site or services to break the law, commit fraud, misrepresent your identity, bypass security, scrape or overload our systems, or help anyone else do so.

Intellectual property

The site, the Fund My Brand name and logo, copy, guides and materials are owned by Fund My Brand LLC or its licensors. No rights are granted except to use the site and services as intended.

Third-party services

The site and services rely on third parties, including lenders, card issuers, tradeline providers, GoHighLevel, payment processors and hosting providers. We are not responsible for their decisions, terms, outages or practices.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The site and services are provided “as is” to the maximum extent permitted by law. Fund My Brand LLC and its members, managers, employees, contractors and agents are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, lost profits or lost data. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us for the service giving rise to the claim in the 12 months before it arose.

No personal liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, any claim relating to the site, services or these terms may be brought only against Fund My Brand LLC, not against any member, manager, employee, contractor or agent personally.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Fund My Brand LLC and its members, managers, employees, contractors and agents against claims and losses arising from your misuse of the site or services, false information you provide, or your breach of these terms.

Disputes and governing law

California law governs these terms. Before filing a claim, contact support@fundmybrand.com and try to resolve it informally for 30 days. Unresolved disputes go to the state or federal courts in Los Angeles County, California, unless your service agreement requires another lawful process. You and Fund My Brand LLC waive class actions to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Changes

We may update these terms. The effective date above shows the latest version. Continued use means you accept the update.
